At the July “Oryouri Hiroba” event, local residents and APU students will come together to enjoy cooking Albanian cuisine and connecting with one another. The event will begin with an icebreaker game to help participants get to know each other. Afterwards, everyone will work together to prepare traditional Albanian dishes—Stuffed Paprika and French Toast—while learning cooking techniques from members of the local community.
Once the dishes are ready, participants will enjoy the meal together and continue interacting in a relaxed atmosphere. Through food, everyone will have the opportunity to deepen their understanding of different cultures. This international and multicultural event brings together people of different generations and backgrounds, creating meaningful connections between local residents and APU students.
