Participants from the student organization of AUA, Okazaki-san will introduce the Japanese dish "Konbujime" which is sea bream with konbu seaweed. Kobujime is a cooking method in which ingredients are sandwiched between konbu seaweed to give it extra umami. This cooking method helps preserve the fish and makes it last longer. Give it a try at home!
