Academic Camp is a program designed to provide freshmen with basic skills for future university study. Participating first-year students are divided into nine thematic groups this year, and spend about a month reading a variety of literature on each group's theme and conducting research. The final result of the research will be compiled into a final paper, which will be presented by each group at the final presentation.
The final presentation will be an opportunity for each group to present the papers they have prepared as a result of their one-month research. After each group's presentation, there will be time for questions and comments. We encourage all attendees to actively participate if you have any questions or comments. In addition, panel discussions will be held with panelist graduates, following the sub-themes under the main theme of "What is Learning? As seminars and graduation theses will be required this year, we plan to hear about how to narrow down your research field and how to make the most of your learning.
Whether you participate in Academic Camp or not, this will be a good opportunity for you to find your own axis for your future studies! We look forward to seeing you there!
