Hello from APU Aikido! Aikido is a traditional Japanese martial art, once practiced by the samurai. APU Aikido not only practices these historic self-defenses techniques, but we also learn more about the Japanese language, history, and culture in an enjoyable, creative way. Practices are held in Japanese, though the senpai are there to support and help those that may not have a solid grasp on the language yet! If you are looking for a fun way to stay active and get some exercise into your week, please feel free to join us!
