Our Shorinji Kempo Circle aims to provide a fun and welcoming space for students to learn Shorinji Kempo, mainly focusing on self-defense techniques.

We value a relaxed and friendly atmosphere where beginners and students with little or no sports experience can feel comfortable joining. In our practice, we mainly work on basic movements and self-defense techniques, allowing each member to improve at their own pace.

Our practice days are Monday 6th period and Friday 6th and 7th periods. Members are not required to attend every practice, so you can join whenever your schedule allows.

Purchasing a dogi/uniform is not required, so you can first join our practice in comfortable clothes. For members who are interested in joining competitions, we can also provide separate support and practice for embu performances and tournaments.

If you are interested in self-defense, martial arts, or meeting new people, please feel free to join us!
