APU Chess Club

Welcome to the APU Chess Club!

The APU Chess Club is a community where students from all backgrounds can come together through a shared passion for chess. Whether you are a complete beginner or an experienced player, our club provides a friendly and inclusive environment to learn, improve, and enjoy the game.

We organize regular practice sessions, online and offline matches, strategy discussions, and tournaments throughout the year. Members have opportunities to develop critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills while building friendships with students from different cultures and countries.

Our activities mainly include casual games, peer learning, game analysis, and competitive events for those who wish to challenge themselves further. In the long term, we also aim to support talented players in representing APU in regional, national, and international competitions.
