STOP will conduct lectures and physical workshops, and disseminate information to help students deepen their understanding of health and wellness, familiarize themselves with campus support resources, and proactively engage in managing their physical and mental health.
First, STOP will survey APU students to gauge their awareness of health and wellness. Following this, they plan to hold specific seminars and workshops on how to maintain and improve everyone's wellness in relation to unavoidable topics of student life, such as “academics,” “technology,” and “career.”
