AfroFest

APU is a university that has students from all around the world. Fortunately, the student body and faculty of APU are lucky to experience different parts of the world through the multicultural weeks of some countries. However, there is a limited representation of African Cultures in APU. Therefore, AFROFEST is set to stir a new excitement towards the African cultures and create a wholesome understanding of the global community. Furthermore, the organizers of this project have thought it wise to not refer to this project as “AFRICAN WEEK”, instead, AFROFESTIVAL (in short AFROFEST) since this project will not just bring a single nation’s culture from the continent of Africa but as many nations as possible.
