From October 13th to 17th, Taiwan Week will be held for the first time in two years.
The program includes a lion dance and the traditional “San Tai Zi” performance on Monday, combined with Taiwanese pop music to present a lively and modern take on traditional artistry. In addition, in front of the fountain on Monday and Thursday, there will be limited sales of drinks and goods, offering two classic Taiwanese beverages and snack lucky bags, allowing APU students to experience different aspects of Taiwan. Finally, on Friday during the 6th period, at millennium hall, the Cultural Night Concert-Voice of the island, will feature live band performances that showcase Taiwan’s rich musical culture, enabling the audience to enjoy the show while gaining a deeper understanding of Taiwan’s language and culture. Through Taiwan Week, we hope to introduce APU students to lesser-known sides of Taiwan and promote cultural exchange and multicultural understanding.
