Ritsumeikan Asia Pacific University is renowned as a beacon of cultural diversity and unity, not just in Japan but across the entire Asia Pacific region. Students from all corners of the world come to APU to pursue knowledge, build lasting connections with people from various cultural backgrounds, and broaden their perspectives by immersing themselves in different cultures while proudly sharing their own.

In line with this spirit, the Bangladeshi community at APU is excited to propose a celebration of Bangladeshi culture during the Spring 2025 semester, as part of APU’s cherished Multicultural Week tradition. Through this initiative, we aim to bring the vibrant and diverse culture of Bangladesh to life, inviting the entire APU community to participate in and experience our rich heritage.

Our vision is to offer an immersive showcase of the customs and traditions that hold deep significance for the people of Bangladesh. By organizing this week-long event, we hope to inspire a greater appreciation for Bangladeshi culture while fostering unity and mutual understanding among all students at APU.
