We are the "Sign Language Club," where students learn sign language on campus and communicate with deaf individuals off-campus. APU students aim to master basic sign language and make Beppu a more livable city for the deaf. Beppu has introduced "pointing boards" and hosted festivals using Ontenna for the deaf. We have also held three "Sign Language Cafe" events. We plan to expand opportunities for sign language interaction both on and off-campus. We welcome those who want to learn sign language or host events!
